Does graphic file verification obligate me to make a purchase?

Absolutely not! This is our free pre-press service. We care about client education and providing the highest quality large format printing on the market.

What if my print file contains errors?

You will receive an email from us with a precise report (e.g., logo resolution is too low, wrong CMYK profile, or missing bleeds). If the errors are minor, our DTP department will fix them for you completely free of charge!

What file formats do you accept for printing?

It is best to send closed and flattened files such as PDF, TIFF, high-quality JPG, or EPS. Remember to vectorize fonts.
