Textile banners of non-standard length in continuous printing

Our long banners, which can stretch virtually indefinitely, are ideal for wrapping arenas, grandstands, construction fences, railings, and outdoor event site signage, offering endless possibilities for your message. They are available in four height options: 80 cm, 100 cm, 175 cm and 200 cm, and the minimum width is 10 mb. The banner can be printed in a single piece up to 25 mb, and for longer lengths the pieces are joined with a discreet but solid seam that does not affect the quality of printing.

Types of materials for textile endless banners

We print our textile banners on Fleece, which, thanks to its felt-like structure, is resistant to stretching and tearing, maintaining dimensional stability even in the rain. This material guarantees a striking softness of images when printed, while providing high resistance to UV radiation and changing weather conditions. Thanks to their light weight, the banners are also very easy to transport, making them an ideal choice for outdoor applications.

Finishing and installation method of textile endless banners

Each banner has reinforced edges with grommets spaced every 50 cm, allowing it to be firmly attached directly to the chosen advertising medium. This finish is included in the price of the product, and installation is carried out using zip ties (triptychs) or other tensioning systems, ensuring fast and secure installation.

Applications of textile banners without end

With exceptional weather and wind resistance, our banners are perfect for decorating grandstands, trade shows, mass events, sports sponsorships, as well as covering for strings of event barriers and construction fences. Their flexibility in application allows the printing of repetitive motifs or a whole series of different graphics, making it possible to designate zones at large outdoor events. Printed material is delivered in a convenient roll, ready for immediate use.

Printing technique on textile banners

For our textile banners we use technology solvent printing in high resolution for rich, high-contrast colors and soft gradients. This process involves injecting dye into the structure of the material at high temperature, which ensures the durability of the print, its resistance to UV radiation and the possibility of gentle cleaning without losing color intensity. Thanks to the use of two print heads for each color, we achieve full, saturated colors, ideal for presenting advertising messages.

Accessories for mounting textile banners

For stable mounting of our banners, we recommend flexible mounting expanders that minimize the risk of pulling out the eyelets. Alternatively, for mounting on fences, triptychs - clamping ties, which ensure quick and efficient installation of the banner, work great.
